Helping women recognize their value, build their platforms and find their people.

Together, we figure out what to build next, how to make it happen and how to make it matter.

You’ve got the pieces. I see the possibilities.

With decades of experience producing national television, building brands and growing businesses, I know how to put the pieces together.

What happens behind the scenes

I’ve spent decades producing stories, developing strategies and helping people step into the spotlight.

But life has taught me something television never could.

The most important work often happens when nobody’s watching.

It’s the work of discovering who we are beyond our accomplishments. Recognizing the value of our experiences. Building relationships where we don’t have to perform. And making intentional decisions about what comes next.

Because success means very little if we lose ourselves—or our connections—to achieve it.

I believe the strongest platforms are built on a foundation of authenticity, purpose and meaningful relationships.

And that’s the philosophy behind everything I do.

Thanks for stopping by! I’m Lori Janeé.

Strategist. Storyteller. Community Builder. Professional Dot Connector.

I’ve spent my career bringing people, ideas, and opportunities together. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that some of the best things in life happen when we connect the right dots.

I’ve worked both in front of and behind the camera, producing and appearing in national television, building brands, growing businesses, and creating experiences that have helped raise millions of dollars for causes that matter.

Before all that, I worked in leadership development and performance analysis at Southwest Airlines, where I learned a thing or two about people, purpose, and what makes organizations tick.

But some of my greatest lessons haven’t come from boardrooms, television studios, or stages.

They’ve come from real life. The beautiful parts, the messy parts, and the chapters I never saw coming.

Those experiences have shaped what I believe today: Everyone has a story worth telling, something valuable to offer, and a deep desire to be truly known.

These days, I do what I love most—step onto stages and in front of cameras, help women turn their lived experiences into meaningful opportunities, and build communities where people feel seen, valued, and known.

I’m a big believer in working smarter, laughing often, loving people well, and trusting God with the parts of the story I can’t quite figure out.

Life’s too short to play small or live on the surface. Let’s make something meaningful happen.
